Custom Cake Terms and Conditions

  1. Your initial deposit reserves and secures your event date/cake and is non-refundable. YOUR DEPOSIT MUST BE PROCESSED UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR INVOICE TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING.
  2. FOR DELIVERED CAKES ONLY – Balance payment must be received 14 days prior to your event.
  3. If we are notified in less than 7 days of the cancellation, PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL.
  4. If in the event your function is cancelled due to COVID (or any other circumstance) your deposit will be held as a credit for your rescheduled date (only applicable if we are given no less than 7 days notice)
  5. Any changes of size, style and flavour must be finalised two weeks prior to collection date (These changes may also alter price.)
  6. As our cakes are custom made and not mass produced, no two cakes will ever be identical.
  7. Fresh florals may vary due to availability/season.
  8. If you or a representative/delivery service are picking up a cake/setting up your cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves our premises. We are also not responsible for any damage to the cake once setup or delivery is complete. You are responsible for providing/arranging an appropriate table and environment for the cake.
  9. Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, soy and other allergens. You are responsible for notifying your guests of the risk. We take no responsibility.
